MONTHS 1 & 2
The first two months are dedicated to mastering the Kettlebell Academics exercise library. Each chapter will focus on a specific movement element and have grading requirements to demonstrate proficient technique and strength, as well as a variety of regressions and progressions, coaching cues, and technique drills in order to help develop a complete mastery of each movement. Performance review will occur through review of video submissions with the objective of having each coach execute the full range of Kettlebell movements at the Kettlebell Academics standard.
MONTH 3
The third month focuses on how to confidently integrate Kettlebells into a variety of training programs and work with a wide range of fitness levels.
Coaches must be able to identify, plan and implement the correct training variables to create physical changes in their clients. The focus is to explore the versatility and effectiveness of Kettlebells to achieve amazing results in programs that target: fat-loss, high intensity interval training HIIT, athletic and power development, movement rehabilitation, strongman training, and cross-training (flows and complexes).

Assignments and case studies will be used to demonstrate a complete understanding of programming variables that are necessary to create the desired physiological adaptations for a variety of client profiles.
The KACS objective is to empower coaches to be able to work with clients of any fitness level and elevate their physical and mental abilities to maximize their personal power
